In the 18 matches played between both Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore, SRH have won 10 times while RCB have won 7 times. One match didn’t get any result and was ruled out in 2017 without a ball being bowled.
RCB have won their initial match against the Mumbai Indians and would look to carry on with their winning streak. SRH side looks balanced and could give serious competition to RCB.
It will depend on the combinations of both the teams and how well they perform on the pitch on the given day. I personally will put my money on Sunrisers Hyderabad as they are capable of hurting RCB be it with their power pact batting or their Ace bowling attack. Rashid Khan can be a huge threat to the RCB top order and if Mujeeb/Nabi plays alongside him it would be a treat to watch their 8 over combined spell.
Sunrisers also count on their Indian youngsters who have shown potential in the last edition of IPL. It can be a tough fight but SRH will be taking it home according to my prediction.
