Mumbai Indians are currently on the 4th spot in the IPL table while Rajasthan Royals sit on the 7th spot. Rajasthan are struggling with players and Mumbai are struggling with their middle order. Both teams haven’t been in great form this season. Rohit Sharma is the only batsman to show some form alongside Suryakumar Yadav for the Mumbai side while Jos Buttler and Sanju Samson are the only batsmen who Rajasthan can trust on.
Rajasthan Royals have recently enquired about the services of Robin Uthhapa from CSK which clearly shows they are struggling with their players as most of them have already withdrawn due to injuries or personal reasons. I think Rajasthan Royals should back the young wicket keeper Anuj Rawat to start for the team. He can surely hit some big shots and prove to be useful against the Mumbai side.
I am backing the Mumbai Indians to comfortably win this match and take the 2 points home. We can witness a good show from Hardik Pandya and de Kock.
